Holyoke Pediatric Associates

We have been very happy with Holyoke Pediatrics (both the South Hadley office and Holyoke office). I have 2 boys- 11 and 7 and I have been taking them both here since my 7 year old was 1 year old. The staff is always friendly, caring, welcoming, and accomodating. We have never had an issue with making appointments and changing or rescheduling them. We had an insurance issue come up about 1 year ago and they guided us through the process of solving the issue. We see Dr. Scott Lemme and we really like him. He is very nice, friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk to. He is very good with my children, they really like him. I would highly recommend Holyoke Pediatrics as we have been very happy with them or 6 years now!!

I bounce from this office to Holyoke, basically whatever appt is open, and it's fine it works! I do prefer South Hadley; staff is good at both, but South Hadley staff is amazing and so kind. I Would recommend.

Very disappointed with the office and we didn't even make it to the visit. When I visited the office to drop off their requested patient paperwork for my two children I asked about the insurance coverage and showed them my card. I was told it was in network and assured there would be no issues. After several weeks of wasted phones calls between the clinic and insurance, I found out that 10 of their 13 providers are in network, including the provider we selected, but they will bill it out of network through the group thus costing me hundreds of dollars in bills every year. The office then declined to opt the group in (only 3 are out of network...) showing how little they value their clients. Absolute waste of time that could have been avoided.

The waiting time is forever here. I dont wait this long at all in holyoke. I wish they had more appointments in holyoke because its faster

Wasn’t impressed with whoever picked up the phone. She wasn’t very friendly or helpful.
