ATI Physical Therapy

The Belchertown Massachusetts Office of ATI has provided me with excellent physical therapy and have gone out of their way to personalize my program and help me get the best effect out of my visits. The entire staff, professional, and effective while maintaining a very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I always feel that they’re concerned is genuine. I give them my highest rating.

Their billing and not being transparent with the patient! Billed my insurance one number, billed us a completely different number along with sending us a bill after all therapy was done. They tell you you owe this and won’t get a bill after services. They also need your credit card up front and in their system before you even start. I said I will pay but don’t want my CC on file and they said then we won’t service you and their policy. This was extremely disappointing and will choose a different PT because of this bait and switch. If you use them, be very aware what they are charging you and your insurance. Yes, I have spoken to corporate and they also did not have any answers why bill sent to me was vastly different then what was sent to my insurance. I don’t do business and it f

Without exception each therapist that worked with me was very professional, yet caring and helpful. I developed a secondary issue, which was not ignored, but quickly diagnosed and addressed with additional exercises. I would give them top stars!

I have been in Physical therapy in this location for a total of 5months, due to shoulder surgery. They are the most compassionate and professional therespist I have every been to. I highly recommend them to anyone looking, they also have very convenient hrs before and after work hours.

During my long road to recovery post-surgery, Sarah -- and occasionally Sofia -- offered strong, especially knowledgeable and attentive support, both of them beacons of positivity which helped me to struggle through. ATI team members are especially attentive to their clients. Over the years I’ve lived in the Valley, I’ve seen many Physical Therapists from different (Non-ATI) clinics; ATI clearly ranks above all the others.
