I've been going to Dr Linda Henderson for over 30 years ! The entire staff is professional and always helpful. Entrusting the care of your pets (family members !) to this group will ensure their health and provide them them the best life ! I've had 12 cats...a few lived over 20 years ! I count on Holyoke Animal Hospital for getting the best possible animal care. I highly recommend them ! My cat "Pitto".....as a kitten that i adopted there, and today.

if you have even the slightest care for your loved one do not go here. I brought my rescue dog who had been abused before i received him as he was already 6 years old and i was grilled as to why i don’t have his documents & why he’s so scared of her. As he’s cowering under my chair shaking, she’s asking me what I did to make him this way and why he acts this way as I had already stated to her, his past life traumatized him, and I adopted him to give him a better life, and even brought him in to get meds to help him feel okay, she couldn’t understand that maybe it’s because I was only 19 by myself & was too shocked as to how i was being interrogated to speak up. That should’ve been my first sign not to come back. Only months later i had to put down my cat by myself & the amount of careless

Our cat had an amputation at HAH and everything went great and they have been super helpful with follow up care. Thank you!

I had an appointment to bring 3 puppies on 2/7 At 9:45am upon arriving a women with dark hair sees me and tells me to go to the side of the building. Then when I tried to enter the side door she tells me to go to the other door to the kennel boarding. Granted I had a 5 yr old daughter with me it was a little tough trying to bring 3 puppies at the same time to the vet. While given the run around for 10 minutes and finding out she sent me to the boarding school for dogs. What a waste of my time. This women right off the back assumed I was there for something else. It may be because I’m a person of color and looked like I couldn’t afford to bring 3 puppies to the vet and kept pushing me a my daughter off into different doors without once asking why we were there. I would give a negative star

Always try their best to work with you on appointments. I am now releieved to be able to get my babies (that are brother and sisters) fixed so i dont have to worry about complications. Considering they were booking out into september originally. I only had to explain my circumstances and they were able to accomodate. This will be the vet office i will use for all animals because of the exceptional accomodation. Also, they gave me a good tip on using a onsie so the other cat doesnt get at it. Needed antibiotics. Got same day. Overall great experience Ragnar and lagatha photos are below. The one in the sink when she was all healed and feeling happy 😹😹
