First and foremost Nurse Kallie in Labor & Delivery. I can’t stop thinking about you in the sense of how grateful and thankful we are to have you help Heydi delivery our baby. Kallie you are Gods gift on earth, a blessing to all walks of life, one who sees everyone as one. One love, One Heart, and One destiny. Kallie, you kept Heydi stable, grounded And focus. You utilized every ounce of skill to help Heydi. Never left our side through the process of L&D. You have the will and light to shine upon others. This place was ok a few years ago but it’s really gone downhill. It feels short staffed. Patient needs help using the bathroom and it takes over an hour to get assistance. Nurses can’t get responses from providers in a timely fashion. No one seems to know what’s going on. Patient is a Health First employee to boot. If you can’t take care of your own family, what are you even doing?

Aweful customer service! I"ve been on the phone for 45 mins on hold with no answer

Employees were very friendly and nice. The waiting room is always the most awkward especially when there are people in there that are very, very loud and playing their cell phones on audible so as to this other patients sitting in the office.
