After dealing with Samip Doshi and the way his people and the office acted on 1/2/26 at 12 in the afternoon. I'm sorry I interrupted your party by being on time to pick up my meds. I'm sorry that you have food in the midicine area that should be sanitary. I thought a Pharmacist should be a professional and dress propper with White coat, shoes and a tie. I seen today a avocado in house slippers say they where the manager and so nausty to a Special needs person. I will be reporting this to the board of Pharmacy..... I am sick of people not having respect or patientce for people with mental illness. When I'm lucid I am a very good advocate for myself and the community. They always updated my medication on time and give me the choice of picking it up or delivering it. Staff has been very helpful and customer service skills I would say five stars. With that said I want to say thank you to all the staff at Holly Hill pharmacy.🙂

Outstanding Customer service and care. My husband had several home infusions. The supplies were delivered on time and the Nurse was excellent, caring, and dedicated. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy to family and friends. The other popular chain pharmacies, lack a sincere personal touch that Holly Hills Pharmacy offered. Thank You!!!

This is the 2nd time within the past month I had to reach out and utilize a local specialty pharmacy for one of my patients since our pharmacy was unable to provide the medication. Your pharmacist Robert was absolutely phenomenal both times with explaining the medication, dosage, and how it needed to be written to be filled. He answered my 100 questions with professionalism and kindness throughout and helped expedite the filling process on a Friday afternoon so we didn't have to go without over the weekend. Amazing customer service, I will now be reaching out to this pharmacy 1st and foremost for anything we might need in the future. Patience and compassion go a long way and they have both!
