From the Sole Inc

WOW, I had no idea what to expect when Dr. McBroom referred me here. I have had a severe case of Plantar Fasciitis; so severe, I wore a boot for a total of 9 months and I had to have surgery on it. Well, my right foot started hurting a few weeks ago. Even though I replaced my old Hoka’s and got new inserts, I do my feet exercises several times a day. Nothing has helped. Dr. Doug Pierce was fantastic!!!. I am so more informed about my feet, he taught me everything about them, how they are when sitting, standing, walking, why nothing has worked in the past and what changes need to be done to correct them. He explained everything is such detail to make sure I really understood everything. I am looking forward to seeing him next week and trying the new insoles.

I have been going to them for a few years. I could not be more thankful for the quality of workmanship and the excellent customer service that they provide. My back pain is so much better, and I can take extended walks. Highly recommended and very appreciated! A++++

Not very impressed with them over the last year. Did me some orthotics that did help with the swelling in my foot but created other problems in my back and ankle ask him to cut them down some as I was having problems and he did but not enough and I wanted some more and got very ugly about it. Once I spoke to an orthopedist and he said that it had created an ankle problem on the outside of my foot from that orthotic and to quit wearing them.

I had three pairs of orthotics made here. It has been life changing because I had horrible pain when standing. I was sent to Mr. Pierce a certified pedorthist by my doctor, thank goodness. He is so knowledgeable about feet. He took time to explain why I was in pain and he has you come back to make adjustments if needed. My doctor told me From the Sole is the very best and I 100% agree.

DOUG is very conscientious about the care of the feet. He will have you come back and it just to make sure that you're not hurting. When it comes to the inserts. He's a delight to talk to. Very understanding. He cares.!!! He is top notch. I made a mistake and I went to DALE'S SHOES because of a friend.. but all they did was send off for the inserts. They ruined my feet and causes blisters. I will never do that again. They do have good shoes but that's it.
