This is Jon's wife. I just read the reviews and was surprised that other people experienced the same thing I did. My husband bought me a massage for my birthday last March. I, too, went through dates in the fall, no response to emails and calls, etc. I thought Tiffany had disappeared until I looked at her site tonight. I loved my first massage with her and wanted to return...too bad. She was very nice.

Echoing the previous review, my experience with Tiffany and the Holistic Journeys Message & Wellness is worse than terrible. I bought her massage service from Groupon. Went to her online scheduler-the next availability was already two months down the road. Nevertheless I scheduled an appointment with her in two months. After waiting of two months, around noon time of my appointment day, Tiffany sent out a text saying that she needed to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I replied "fine." (what else can I do ?) After a few days, I texted her for rescheduling. No reply. I texted again. No reply. I called. No answer. I called again... no answer. Now it is after two weeks after her cancellation. I bought a Groupon for this service in April/May of 2016 - It's now February of 2017 and I still haven't been able to redeem it! The therapist cancelled the first appointment to go on vacation (we had it scheduled for MONTHS) and never responded to reschedule! I can't believe someone can take my money like this - it's thievery! I bought this as a gift for my mom for mother's day because she had breast cancer (is still doing treatment) and has never had a real massage. I am SO DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

NOT GOOD This was the worst massage I've ever had.. I bought the massage off groupon and the had to wait 3 1/2 months to get an appointment HORRIBLE. and then the DAY OF getting my massage she canceled on me!!! It was another 3 weeks out. When I finally got my massage she was late for the appointment... I had an hour massage. I wanted a relaxing time. IT wasn't.. She did a good job on my back for maybe 20 mins.... the rest of the time she didn't do a good job. at one point she was using one hand to rub my foot... barely.... and the other I'm 99.99% sure she was texting with her other hand.!!! UGH!! Don't buy a massage from Tiffany/ Holistic Journeys massage and wellness....

Wife bought me a massage off groupon for christmas, she was booked out over 2 months. I booked 2 appointments anyways, waited then she canceled BOTH times the day of. Never returns calls or texts. Now my coupon has expired.
