Holding Space Massage

Arwyn is an amazing massage therapist, and I've only had excellent experiences on her table. She is intuitive and caring, extremely open and responsive to suggestions. She never gives the same massage twice, always focusing on the unique challenges of that particular day. I also really appreciate that she's totally body positive and welcoming to peoples of all body types, sexual orientations, and genders. I would recommend Arwyn to anyone looking for a wonderful massage experience. "Holding Space" is the perfect description for what she does: providing a safe, comfortable, nurturing place to work through and release the myriad stresses (physical and otherwise) we hold in our bodies.

As a massage therapist, I am very discriminating about what I like in bodywork. Let's be honest, I am picky! And Arwyn of Holding Space massage more than met my expectations. She had me so relaxed that I could barely get my clothes back on. She has the perfect balance of mindful presence and focused skill that put me into a deeply connected zone. So, I've had three pregnancy massages with Arwyn to date, and her hands are MAGIC!! I never fail to become a puddle of goo, and she has that priceless talent of finding the places that need the most attention. Her home office is clean and peaceful, her taste in soothing music is excellent, and when she's come to my house, she's happy to adapt to my cramped surroundings. I'm really looking forward to our postpartum date!
