I had cataract surgery (Symfony cataract lens, both eyes) over the past holidays. It is now two months later and my eyesight is back to where it was before the cataracts started (4 years ago). Each eye measures 20-20 or better. I no longer need reading glasses either. I realize these are not "normal" results. My results are exceptional. I could not be happier. I would recommend Dr. Haq to anyone who wants a great experience. He explained everything, answered all questions, set realistic expectations and took as much time as I needed to understand the process. All of the staff and doctors at Key Whitman are very attentive. The facility is freshly renovated. My ONLY complaint is when I wait for my eyes to dilate, the lights are too bright.

The people are nice but they didn't fix the problem that I had and I was lied to twice that I would see a Dr. and instead just saw nurses. They just want you to go to as many visits as possible to collect the office visit fee from your insurance. They kept trying to schedule me for a full eye exam in addition to the two visits I had just made and then another visit to see the Dr. that I didn't see the first two times because apparently they are only there on Mondays which I was not informed about either time. But the nurses were very nice and I'm sure had good intentions.

Dr. Hoelscher is a very knowledgeable and carrying person. She always goes an extra mile for you just to make sure that everything is taking care of and you don’t have any other issues.

Very punctual and explain really well. I didn’t even have to wait more than 2 mins when this technician came to escort me. Really clean facility. I would definitely recommend it.
