Hoaglin Rick DMD

I was a patient here for many years and never had problems. Last visit, they ran into some problems billing my insurance. Rather than help me get to the bottom of it, they were very rude and argumentative, then sent me a bill (which I immediately paid) even though they should have worked it out with my insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoaglin's for over 5 years. This morning I had a 8:50am appointment for a cleaning that I made a month and a half ago. I received a phone call a day prior to the appointment as a reminder. I arrived at 8:45 and filled out requested paperwork. Around 8:50, 2 hygienists came to the front; one assisting a patient and the other leading the receptionist back to an exam room. I was then told by the employee that usually handles billing that it would be a little bit. I left the office at 9:15am without being seen. My time is as valuable as anyone's and I don't recommend that anyone looking for dental care in Missoula subject themselves to this way of doing business.

Fantastic dentist and incredible staff… no reason to go anywhere else. They removed/replaced some (7?) amalgam fillings and it was absolutely painless and took far less time than installing the toxic amalgam decades ago. I could not be happier with results.

Dr. Hoaglin and his whole staff are kind, gentle and incredibly efficient! I feel very comfortable every time I go in!
