HMH - Navesink Pediatrics - Tinton Falls

Some of the best doctors I have ever met. They're all informative and listen well. It's amazing to watch them go to work. I can't imagine taking my children anywhere else. Everyone in the front of the house is great as well. They know my kids by name. What a good team they make.

We had our first visit at Navesink Pediatrics last week and loved it The office staff were wonderful to work with. Switching doctors was a bit of a process, but they were patient, reassuring, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was warm and welcoming, which made a big difference. They are easy to work with, responsive, and provide excellent customer service from start to finish. My boy/girl twins saw Dr. Pulcini for the first time last week, and she was truly outstanding. She immediately put both of them at ease and treated them as individuals, taking the time to connect with each child on their own terms. Came here after a recommendation from a coworker I had a very disappointing experience with the nurse adrina whatever her name is at this pediatric office. She was dismissive and seemed completely rushed, making both me and my child feel unwelcome. Communication was poor, and she didn’t explain anything clearly or answer questions thoroughly. I asked her a simple question about sick visits (because I saw the reviews) The lack of professionalism was mind-boggling ,I would not recommend this office unless significant improvements are made in staff behavior and patient care especially since these staff members are working with children

I’ve read the comments and the purpose of my review is not to discredit other parent’s experiences but simply to share my own. My son is 6 months old, and he is my first child. I was hesitant to come to this practice based on the reviews but my personal experience has actually been amazing. I have never had an issue getting a sick appointment and have seen multiple doctors at this practice, all of whom have been extra helpful and kind. My son regularly sees Dr. Condiotte who is amazing. The front staff has been helpful and efficient whenever I have called or gone into the office. My new mom anxiety always eases when I step through those doors, and I plan to continue bringing my son here for a long time.

We love our pediatrician. The doctors are fantastic. However we are regulars at Urgent Care because it's simply impossible to get an appointment. If you want even a slim chance, you have to start calling immediately upon opening, and then try and try and try again hoping to get through to somebody. As much as I hate to leave because I do appreciate the care we get on scheduled well visits, we are leaving to find a new pediatrician. It's simply not sustainable and shouldn't be this way.
