First impressions are a pretty reliable predictor of the future. My first impression of the Tinton Falls office of Twenty-First Century Dental was very positive. Everyone with whom I had contact was very professional including the front desk staff, dental hygienist, and Dr. Marco Bongarzone. I anticipate being very happy with my choice of dental services.

My family and I have received nothing but top quality care here. We are treated like family- it is evident how much the hygienists, front desk staff, and doctors care about you. I’ve had the honor of seeing Dr. Rista for years and I can’t thank him enough for the care he has provided my family and I. He figured out a problem with my teeth no other dentist could and I haven’t had issues since. I cannot recommend him and this office enough!

Dr. Brian Rista is a top-notch Dentist. I have been a patient for decades and he has provided excellent dentistry over the years, as my dental needs changed! The hygienists always provide a great cleaning!

Dr.Rista is a thorough & caring dentist. He explains what needs to be done in detail & works with your insurances to keep your out of pocket expenses the lowest. He has never hurt me & he calms me before hand cause I’m very nervous.

I’ve been going to Twenty First Century Dental and Dr. Bongarzone for 6 years. He is always so nice and friendly and most importantly, gentle. All of the hygienists and front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful. The office is clean and welcoming. Their hours are also very convenient for someone who works full time. My whole family now goes to Dr. Bongarzone too. Best dental office I’ve ever been to. If you’re apprehensive about dental care, this is the office to visit.
