I had an outstanding experience at Hackensack University Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm and welcoming. The nurses and doctors provided exceptional care—every step of my treatment was handled with precision and kindness. I truly felt heard and supported throughout. I can’t recommend Hackensack University Medical Center enough—it's a place of true excellence.

great hospital but giving it a 1 star due to the filipino birth registrar who doesn’t know how to do her job. she also refuses to even try to help you. She also had me waiting for 5 hours on my discharge day and i believe it’s because she didn’t want to help me with my situation. It got to the point where i requested her supervisor and explained to her the situation then she sent Amy to help me and she was lovely! She was able to do what the filipino lady refused to do and said “wasn’t possible because I was going to get denied by the state” even though I had told her i talked to the state multiple times and they said they would approve my AOD paternity form but she kept refusing to submit it. My experiance at HUMC with Dr. Munver and his team was really excellant and amazing. I really from the bottom of my heart god bless all these doctors. I had an excellent experiance at this hospital like no other. I had a top service at this time with these nurses and medical assistants specifically with Mr. Luis C and Mr. Damian O these were profoundly one of the best nurses i had at my family members visit and they deserve the recognition. They are top tier employees that are compassionate, patient, and loving. This hospital doesn't deserve just only 5 stars they deserve more than that. God bless this hospital, these nurses as well as these doctors.

My mother 88 years old had her hietia hernia repair 1/7/26 by Dr. Toghrul Talishinskiy MD in St. Joseph's Hospital he told us it was medically necessary. After the surgery he told me afterwards it was successful. It was unsuccessful the following day her hernia returned back onto her esphogus. He and his assistant Ahmadi MD. Saw the chest x-ray our family ordered the following day ( I attached the report) it literally showed the hernia back in her esphogus and they chose to ignore the findings and released my mother 2 days later. We were never notified that her surgery at this point maybe it never even was repaired who knows...? Pretty scary that patients could be disregarded like this and you cant do anything about it. One of the best hospital in New Jersey where team do lots of transplanting kidneys yearly .I loved the care and staff do provide to the patients and my favorite Surgeons Dr Mike Frusion Dr Goldstein was transplanted on January 09,2023 Thanks ❤️❤️
