Truly the best massage I have ever received! Spencer knows the different muscle types and how they operate, so he is able to pinpoint and release tension based on your symptoms. He applies strong pressure and is attentive to trouble areas. He is definitely one of the most skilled therapists out there!

I’ve been seeing Spencer for a few years and he is the real deal. He knows his anatomy and is always studying and learning. I used to have chronic headaches and neck pain and they are much better after coming consistently. I also had an unidentified shoulder issue for several months that Spencer pinpointed and resolved over several sessions. 15/10 I will never see anyone else as long as H&M is in business

I live in New York City and have been following Spencer for years on YouTube. It’s been a bucket list item of mine to come see Spencer for a massage. I made the long journey this week from New York and I’m so glad I did. I can honestly say Spencer gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. Hands down the best! I’ve seen so many disappointing and forgettable massage therapists over the years in New York. Spencer has an incredible gift. Strong hands and a strong body that really enhance the massage. I’m extremely tense all over and Spencer was able to dig deep into that tension and really relax me from head to toe. On top of that he’s very comforting, sweet and we had good candid conversation throughout the two hour session. If I didn’t live 3000 miles away I’d come back next week. Highly recom

Spencer at HM Massage is probably the best massage therapist I've been to. Upon arriving, he listens to your issues and comes up with a game plan. I never leave there feeling like something isn't "fixed" because he always makes sure it is before you leave. I always look forward to my monthly massage with Spencer.
