I am so grateful the office staff at my gyn recommended this imaging center after finding a mass and needing diagnostic imaging. When I called they offered me an appointment a week away verse many places giving me dates 3 months away! The receptionist was quick, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The next day I got a phone call from them letting me know they had a cancellation for that afternoon if I wanted the slot. I couldn’t believe it. I couldn’t answer right away because I needed to arrange childcare with my husband and the receptionist was patient and told me no problem, she would wait and to call back after I got in touch with my husband. Very run down office with bad customer service that wants their patients to not ask questions and just follow commands. We were surprised that RMA would refer us to such a run down facility. This office does not match RMA patients’ expectation of high quality integrated care and RMA should stop referring patients here!!

I’ve been going there for imaging services for many years. I have to say the level of service has deteriorated over time. Last year I had really bad experience getting pelvic ultrasound. The technician was extremely rude and rough. Will never go back again.

I’ve been going here for over 25 years and am heartbroken that I’ve left the state and can’t continue. you walk in, they do your scan, and you consult with the radiologist on their findings before you leave the building. No waiting, no wondering. No one else does this, no one. I never have to worry about what they might have found. the one time they saw something of concern, i walked right back upstairs and had an ultrasound – and a clear reading – before I left the building that day. The staff is experienced, professional, and caring. Most have been there for many years. I’ve never had a billing glitch or problem with insurance. It’s true, the office isn’t fancy. Who cares? ***GO ELSEWHERE!!!!*** The front office is rude and neither the office manager nor the doctor will do anything about it. I’ve spoken to both and both make excuses for their incompetence and rudeness. The people they hire do not resemble that which should belong in a professional office IMO. Furthermore, I scheduled my appt in July for an October appt at 11 am which was verbally confirmed to me two days prior to my appt. Ten minutes prior to my appt, I get a call from the office manager who called me telling me that my appt was scheduled for 10:30. When I told her that it was made for 11 am and also confirmed for that time two days prior, she told me it was too bad and if I didn’t get there in the next few minutes that I would not be able to get my tests done.
