Hilltop pharmacy

I have been getting my meds from this pharmacy since I was a child. I have always enjoyed seeing the employees. They have always been kind and sweet.

I was newly homeless and needed to get my meds filled. Before this, the owner was always very nice. However, when I went in there disheveled, he made a snide comment to one of the other workers about my appearance and smell. Would never use them again just out of principle. What kind of person would joke about the unfortunate circumstances of another human. This guy did. Don't use them.

I just love the personal touch that Hilltop Pharmacy, located on Division street Mount Vernon, WA. offers their customers. Easy in and Easy out and on your way seems to be working out very well with me.

I love this pharmacy because it is locally owned and operated. They are open Monday through Friday meaning that their workers get the weekend to spend with their families. It does mean that you need to plan ahead. The pharmacist is always willing to step out from behind the counter and help you find what you need and it's a personal touch that is lost and many of the larger chain pharmacies

We are moving to Mount Vernon and I was so happy to find a local pharmacy to support. When I called in my prescriptions, a few days ago, the pharmacist was less than friendly but I thought maybe they were just super busy. I just went to pick up my prescription and the customer service was way less than friendly. As I pulled up to the drive through I said hello and asked how her day was going. No much response to that. Then I let her know that we were moving to Mount Vernon and I was so happy to find them. Her response was to ask for my last name. The interaction never got any friendlier. Too bad that they think this is the way they treat people.
