Hilltop Heights Health & Rehab Center

Our loved one was a patient at Hilltop Heights for about 6 months. The staff was attentive and kept our family informed of her status with phone calls and care plan meetings. We were in contact with her Case Manager and nursing staff frequently -- which was very helpful as most of the family are out of state making in person visit difficult. Overall, we have been pleased with the care and support given to our loved on and to our family and would recommend Hilltop Heights to others needing rehab or skilled nursing assistance.

My mom has been at Hilltop Heights since April of 2025, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff has been absolutely wonderful with her — patient, kind, and respectful, even on the days when she can be more challenging. They keep us well-informed about her care, always taking the time to explain what’s going on and making sure we feel included in every step. The facility itself is clean, well-run, and comforting.
