Friendliest, most helpful staff of any pharmacy. Always kind and quick to help and that has been consistent over the years! Truly believe the owner has set that tone of kindness and patience….and continues to instill that higher level of service in all employees over the years. So much better customer service than the box stores!

My mother uses this pharmacy because it is close to her job so it is convenient for pickup. This location is located within the Bill's supermarket as well so it provides you the opportunity to shop while picking up prescriptions too. They do have a drive-thru for added convenience if you do not wish to enter a building. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful too. They do sometimes run out of stock but they are able to to quickly get what you need if they happen to be out.

Great and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Hilltop Pharmacy. They go out of their way to take care of their customers and the well-being. You couldn't ask for a better pharmacy in the city of Jonesboro. Definitely consider them for all of your pharmaceutical needs and definitely change to them if you're currently unhappy with your current pharmacy. Thanks Ryan (owner) for taking the extra steps to keeping me uptodate and helping me stay healthy. You guys rock!

Dr Ryan and his staff are AWESOME!! He always answers questions and is on top of his game. Dr Ryan has a great staff, and is SO quick to answer questions/concerns. He will quickly know you on a first name basis. Not to mention, Dr Buddy, who is always very fast and will contact your provider to make sure your meds are taken care of!! Excellent group of pharmacists. If I could give them a better rating, I would in a heartbeat. Thanks guys, Scott Weeks
