This was my first appointment at Hillsborough Street Dental, and let me just say ….they understood the assignment. From the moment I walked in, the entire team moved with a level of professionalism and calm that immediately put me at ease. No rushing, no guessing, no surprises. Every single thing they did was explained before they did it, and that alone made me feel cared for instead of processed. My visit ended with getting a cavity filled, and even that was painless… like, genuinely painless. They checked in with me the whole time, made sure I was comfortable, and treated me like a person whose experience mattered, not just another slot on the schedule. My husband and I have been going to Dr Zhao for over 10 years. She is an awesome dentist. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr Zhao will explain every step of the process and makes sure you are comfortable. Her gentle approach can make a complex procedure surprisingly easy. We have never felt anxious, dismissed or rushed. If you are looking for a dentist who is caring, skilled and professional , we would highly recommend Dr Zhao.

This is a great dental practice and Dr Zhou is an amazing dentist with an amazing staff. I’ve never really had any major dental issues until recently, when I cracked a molar and needed a root canal and crown. Dr Zhou and her staff were all patient with my questions and very generous with their explanations of the procedure and costs. They also went above and beyond in working around my busy schedule. Definitely a 5 star practice!

I came to this dentist about a year ago with a dental emergency and ever since I’ve been stuck! In the best way ;) I love how the office respects my wants for me as well as educating me on what’s best. The environment within the building is unmatched and consistent. Everyone is on brand with providing the best care.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Zhao and her hygienists. From the reception to the chair, everyone is warm and welcoming. I have had a filling redone and just had my wisdom teeth extracted. During each process, especially the extractions, Dr. Zhao and her staff made the removal far more tolerable than I could have imagined. I felt very safe with them. I plan on being a lifelong patient.
