I’m very disappointed with this vet’s pricing. A non-emergency visit is now $110, with staff quoting up to $130 when asked—more than many emergency pet hospitals charge. What’s more concerning is the lack of transparency. My first visit was $65, and now the base fee has nearly doubled with no clear explanation. When I asked what the price is based on, I was told it’s simply whatever the doctor decides, not the situation. They also quoted $310 for a single blood test. I checked with another local vet (Locke Taylor), and the same test costs $160. That kind of difference makes it feel like costs are being inflated well beyond industry norms. My cat Logan gets very anxious and upset when he has to go to the vet. It happens with some animals especially with rescues which is what Logan is. I was struggling to find a good vet that would take the time and care with my kitty and now I have found the best one. Rosey and Tammy are incredibly patient and nurturing with the animals. I know my cat is in great hands at Hillard Vet Hospital!

Hilliard Veterinary Hospital was AMAZING! My cat is very anxious, and doesn’t take well to new people. Another vet turned her away. Said if she wasn’t on gabapentin to calm her down, they wouldn’t see her. Not Hilliard Veterinary Hospital! They took my sweet Millie on without a problem! The ladies at Hilliard took my cat in, loved her, and took care of her as their own! They made her as comfortable as they could! They actually took time with her. I have found Millie’s Home Vet! She will go no where else!

Rosey is the best, they always work with our schedule, and treat our pets like they're theirs, we really appreciate that, and I believe Sasha and Rui do as well!!!!

I've brought a few different animals here and each time just wasn't a good experience. They've misdiagnosed multiple animals of mine, paid an exam fee for them to try to tell me the tapeworms I saw coming out my cat were dead worms and the revolution was pushing them out (which was wrong), tried to give another cat an injection of benadryl before giving her the booster to a vaccine she had an allergic reaction to that almost killed her, then went completely against what I brought another cat in for and then wanted to charge me another exam fee to look at the same cat for the same problem they charged me 200 dollars for previously and never even fixed in the first place. All 3 cats had to be taken to another vet to get their issues taken care of. Horrible place, horrible money hungry staff.
