My wife and I visited in Dec 2025 for our annual checkups. While the clinical staff and doctor were thorough and kind during the visit, our experience with the billing process was very disappointing. ​Despite stating we were there for routine wellness exams, we received bills for additional services we did not expect. When I called to clarify the charges, a representative in the billing department was unprofessional; when I mentioned we hadn't consented to certain charges, she sarcastically asked if the clinic 'forced' me to give blood. ​While the office manager was eventually able to resolve my specific bill, they declined to adjust my wife’s. Don’t want to help people, be aware! Tried scheduling a new patient annual check up and was on time but not early enough for paperwork to the appointment, wrote me down as a “no show”. As I stand in the office wanting to reschedule the same day the earliest is 3 months out. Once I check with my family on availability, I call back to reschedule and they say I’m not permitted to see ANY provider at practice “because this is Central Ohio Primary Cares policy that one no show you’re restricted from ever coming back”. Simply google COPC’s policy and it states a clear PDF policy that is not this at all. Scary that a family medicine practice lies and behaves like this. I feel like I’ve been put on a no fly list because of 1 scheduling conflict.

I highly recommend Dr. Brad Efaw. He takes his time and listens to any concerns. He truly cares about your well being. All staff at this practice is extremely friendly.

The staff and Dr.s here are excellent! You're definitely treated like a person and listened to. Dr. Watkins is excellent and takes great care to help his patients (even the difficult one's like me) and it shows! If you're trying to find the right practice to be seen by I would definitely give them a chance!

Dr Watkins is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to know his patience and time to help them understand what your experiencing. I have been his patient for 11 years and he caught my cancer in the early stages and got me in with a great group for my treatments. He has diagnosed other issues and helped me get the treatments I needed. I trust him with my life.
