This pediatric practice has been around for decades and is one of the best in Rockland County. Providers are very attentive to their many patients and families. The doctors generally book quickly (that's how good they are) so scheduling your appointments within reasonable timeframe is recommended.

My kids have been using Hillcrest Medical for years now, and we've been extremely happy with the care that they've gotten from all Doctor's in the group. Especially from Dr. Risa Gorelick, who with her sensitive and caring attention has made it a place that even when sick, my kids still want to go.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL Pediatric office I have ever encountered....best part is I'm not even a patient! I called yesterday to inquire how to go about enlisting my toddler as a new patient since we just recently relocated. The front desk has horrible customer service. First they notified me that her pediatrician has to supply a medical release form which I found awkward since typically it's the new office that is suppose to supply me with the release form which I'm suppose to sign and sent to previous doctor. But I said ok and called previous doctor and behold...........I was correct. So today I called the front desk and started to tell them the story and literally while I was in middle of speaking this front desk just puts me on hold WITHOUT telling me I'll be put on hold. My daughter loves her doctor and the staff is excellent. Been with them for 6 years and counting.
