Hill Haven

The nursing staff acts like amateur high school students who spread rumors and they don’t watch the residents either I would not put none of my family in that facility as far as the manitence and house keeping they are good so is Steve but the rest of the staff are sorry and only there for a paycheck there are 4 members of the kitchen staff are good the rest suck. Hill Haven more like hell haven they nurses have attitude with staff and residents they only act like they care when the family is there call lights get ignored and they get attitudes with the residents for having to change them and it’s there job. I’m the voice for the voiceless the owners treat you like crap well at least Adam does. Okay so there are a couple of cnas that do their job and nurses but there’s more lazy ones than

I arrived here May 20th everyone has made me feel welcome. They care about their patients they go out of their way to help you with anything you need even the administrator is very nice and caring

After calling multiple care homes only to receive no answer, I was filled with hope when I was able to reach the admission staff at Hill Haven. I enquired if they had any open beds, explaining upfront that my mother was in hospice care. I agree with the other reviews about friendly staff. They were very friendly when I was informed that they only had one available bed at that time which had been spoken for, but were anticipating more beds opening soon. They were friendly when they told me to have my mother’s hospice team send in her paperwork. They were friendly when I called back to get the fax number for her hospice team. They were friendly when I called to verify receipt of hospice report. And they were friendly when they told me that they are not taking any hospice patients at this tim

My mom was there and everyone was so nice and took care of her like she needs to be! We stayed with her a lot till she passed and they all made it a lot easier for me and my sister! Thank you all so much Thank you so much !
