Piedmont Urgent Care

What a wonderful experience. Every urgent care Ive been to throughout my life has smelled bad was dirty and service was below standard. The moment I walked in I immediately noticed there was no smell. Everything was clean and every single member of the staff was tremendous. The NP was sweet, understanding and very helpful. The nurses were top notch going all out to make sure I was comfortable and feeling better once I left. If you get the pleasure to have Nicole P. as your nurse you’re going to have a wonderful experience. Thank you all again I feel way better now.

I had a great experience at the Piedmont Urgent Care in Commerce, Georgia. As I walked in the door for my appointment, I was greeted by the friendly and professional receptionist. I waited less than five minutes in the waiting area and was called back to triage. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned about my symptoms. Upon entering the examining room, I waited less than five minutes, once again and the doctor came in and did a thorough examination. A diagnosis was determined and a treatment plan was discussed with me. The entire experience was pleasant despite having an illness. Everyone was friendly, professional and concerned about my over health and well-being. Thank you for your care and concern for your patients. Keep up the great work.

I haven't been to many Urgent Care places, but I'd say this one seems to be run better than others. I was told when I walked in it would be about an hour before I could be seen. They didn't exactly tell me to leave for that hour instead suggested it in a way that told me they would prefer it. Understandable considering it's flu season (which is why I was there too). They were spot on the hour. Once I was seen, every one was friendly and efficient.

We brought in two of our sick kiddos yesterday & we had the best experience, from start to finish! The front desk was polite and got us checked in within no time (the pre check in option is so helpful and saves so much time even before arrival). The nurse was super sweet & the doctor we saw, I can’t brag on enough, he was as very detailed with my daughter and knowledgeable of her prior diagnoses & was careful on his treatment plan for her instead of rushing. We will definitely be back if we need urgent care help ❤️

Linne Merch, PA is very thorough and explains “the plan” clearly and precisely. Perfectly, to understand what to expect. Great staff. Procedures move fairly fast and no undue delay or waiting. I felt very comfortable with the phases of diagnosis and treatment. Feeling better today. Thanks guys. Jim
