Hill Country Nursing and Rehab

My sister was transferred at Hill Country for a few weeks to recover. Everyone is very nice and attentive.

Good staff but needs training when dealing with family members. If your family member dies mid month they won’t refund you for the rest of the month… at least not quickly … it’s been almost two months now…. 🤷‍♀️ maybe the corporation that took over doesn’t care… hope that doesn’t trickle down to the residents

When we decided to place our family member at Hill Country Rehab, we were very impressed with the entire staff. From top to bottom they were patient, kind, caring and comforting. We highly recommend Connor and the entire staff, this place is amazing! Thank you!

My Mother receives amazing care. I have read the 2 bad reviews. There is a shortage of staff everywhere. Every time I go visit, which is daily, I am always 100% met with enthusiasm and care from every individual I encounter. Prior to moving my Mother to Hill Country she was in another facility where I witnessed repeated neglect. Do not judge a book by its cover. I am VERY happy with the care Mom is receiving. The activities are great, the management is great, nursing and all support staff, all fantastic.

I am so happy my mom was there at Hill Country N&R. Staff were attentive and skillful, all of them! Really impressed. Easily a top recommendation from me. It’s a great choice.
