Hill Country Dental

Hill Country Dental on Walnut in New Braunfels is excellent. For someone who used to dread dental visits, I look forward to my cleanings and occasional problems that they have to fix. I love Dr. Verona, and the hygienists are all very good and thorough. The entire office is cheerful and timely and I always leave smiling! I cannot say enough about them, but suffice to say I drive over from San Marcos for my appointments. It's worth the drive!

This review is not meant to be hateful or spiteful. I have debated with myself on even leaving the review. The office was very nice and clean and everyone I spoke with was professional and kind. With that being said I went to have a general check up to see what all work I might need done as it had been several years since I'd seen a dentist. (I'm terrified of the dentist) I figured I needed some work, but it was quite shocking to be told I needed multiple crowns and ultimately left with a treatment plan costing thousands of dollars and that was with insurance. I stewed on this information for several weeks before I decided to go see a dentist just down the street from my home. I just wanted to see what they would say. Imagine my surprise when the doctor told me I only needed 2 filings and

I would not use this doctor! She is very offensive! She will tell you that you are feeding your child all the wrong stuff and make you feel like you are a horrible parwnt about taking care of your child’s teeth. I paid $200 for a regular exam when it was suppose to be a cavity fill. Nope I have to come back for that and pay more! No thank you! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The office customer service is the same!

They have such a welcoming atmosphere and they are the sweetest and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place! :)
