I cannot say enough amazing things about the Highway Animal Hospital staff and all the great things they do. I had to take my dog for emergency surgery and I turned to them because the staff is knowledgable, friendly, experienced, and affordable. Having to have emergency surgery with the knowledge that I could afford it made me feel like I could focus on my dog's health and not the finical side. My dog is part of my family and he provides so many things to all of us. Post surgery they took the time to explain to me the medication, food, and limitations he would have for the next 14 days. I live an hour away and when they told me he was ready to come home, they waited for me to arrive even though they close at 5. I am so appreciative for providing the services they do and have already raves

Took my dog here Terrier/Spaniel Mix, and they had a substitute vet come in and administer vaccines without my knowledge until after. Gave different prescriptions than the ones I was promised over the phone. All conversations to office are recorded so. Literally unprofessional and shady business practice to take money from pet owners. On top of all of it my dog is having tremors and all the symptoms of a poorly administered vaccination. Still has the huge bump a week later after the fact. I have certification in dog training and have worked in the pet industry for years. I know when something was done incorrectly. Our cat needed emergency surgery and they fit her in very quickly and saved our baby! Dr. Fleming is fantastic and her team is wonderful. Highly recommend Highway for the best care for your pets!

Excellent service each time. Dr. Fleming and staff are a pleasure to work with. The care is fairly priced and appointments are readily available and at convenient times. I also like that they have deployed an app where I can see my dogs upcoming medical needs and can book appointments. Thanks for all that you do!
