Hightstown Pharmacy

This is really one of those places where everyone knows your name. Mr. Patel always remembers me, my history, my kids, and is always friendly and helpful. We love going there - and it's so great that it's right in town and we can get there so quickly, which is a real bonus when you're not feeling well! Excellent customer service and personable staff is what you get with this pharmacy. Also, making an appointment for the PCR testing was incredibly easy and the test was a breeze!

Needed a COVID Test, called to see how long results would take. Mr patel was extremely helpful and he was assuring that results would be in time for our travel. Could not have worked out better. Mr Patel was kind and informative much more so than the large Drug Store Chains that I visited to get testing information from. A great experience, he has a new customer!

My first time there in a few years but I must say that I really had a terrific experience. While I did go for COVID testing, I wound up speaking with the pharmacist directly and he was very friendly and helpful in regards to other items as well as providing clear directions on the test itself. Without any intentions of doing so, I also picked up some other nonprescription items that were very reasonably priced and saved me another trip elsewhere. While I usually go to a big box pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens, I'm giving this hometown pharmacy another look and will consider them in the future for our needs.

Everytime I go here I feel unwelcome. What put the cherry on the cake was when I called to ask questions about Covid-19 testing and the Indian man who I talked to was extremely rude. Told me they were busy and to make my questions quick. I asked my first question and he was about to hang up on me until I told him I had another question. He rushed me off the phone and then hung up without saying good bye. I will never go here again! He lost my business as well as 4 other people who would have gone their weekly. If you don't want to answer questions maybe you should consider having a website. My only suggestion to anyone thinking about going here is to Run!

Pharmacist was rude they didn't carry a medicine, he refused to call my doctor to inform her. I've never delt with a pharmacist so unprofessional. The staffed seemed nice.
