Brace Place Orthodontics

There have been some changes to the staff which aren’t proffesional and good. The staff up until now has been great and both my sons are being treated there. However, since last couple of times my older son is being seen by a young woman and she is very sassy and unconcerned. Today she actually dropped a metal bracket in my son’s throat and didn’t even apologize. My son is being told repeatedly that he needs to wear his rubber bands, which he does but still no full progress on his overheat, after 2+ years.

I didn’t trust my normal dentist with treating my teeth with braces , and I am so glad that I went to brace place. I have had Invisalign for a little under a year, and the results are absolutely unreal! It has been such a seamless process and Dr Elkin and his staff are always so kind and professional. Highly recommend!!

Bad: Their hours are probably the most annoying set up they have. Google is inaccurate and when I chose them, this is was a huge factor. As working parents and having school aged children, you can't always pull them out of school or take off when a bracket gets loose. You call and have to leave a message every single time because no one ever answers when you call. There have been multiple instances already where the office is "open" but the doctor is already gone. Initially I thought it was a summer days/hours thing but this doesn't seem to be the case. I understand that this is a pretty niche business, but you should be appropriately staffed when you claim that you are open. Maybe have an online appointment feature and block out unwanted hours. Good: while the office needs some updating

Best doctor place kids have even been. They make the children feel so happy with all their sweet gestures and cutest goodies .

We love Brace Place! The front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming and always talk to my kids. The nurses and doctors are patient, informative, and kind.
