They sneak inappropriate things to your kids here and questions ages 12 dont need to be asked at a doctor's office. Their new questionnaire they snuck in on our kids have absolutely no place for a doctors office! I will not be returning and removing my children. Things about pronouns and sec dismorphia and things I asked if they were on the questionnaire and they told me no just health questions. To where my son brought his phone to me because they wouldn't send it to my phone and he told me he dont know why they are asking thise things for a doctors office and refused to send him a referral out to a specialist unless we filled this out and was told he needed his well child check or else he couldnt be seen. Absolutely uncalled for and this needs to be stopped. Ive reported this with screen

I used to be a patient at highlands pediatrics, however after only a little while seeing Dr. Myers basically told me and my mother that I was too overweight so she would no longer see me. Along with the numerous times I went to her sick with a cold because my immune system was extremely weak (come to find out my body was shutting down because I was actively dying 😊) she refused to give me any treatment or medicine.

My kids love the staff and especially Dr. Meyers! She is great with my girls and takes her time time to listen to any concerns and gets to know her patients. We drive over an hour just to see her because my girls are comfortable with her and we trust her. Highly recommend Dr. Myers and the nurses there are great!

I have had nothing but great things to say about this office. We see Dr Shelley-Dick and she is wonderful. She always takes her time and talks to us about all our concerns and explains everything in detail. Its rare that I have to wait long and even if I do I know it’s because she is taking her time to explain and care for someone else. She also goes out of her way to make sure we get the care we need. She will call specialist and follow up with us and them to ensure our health. She always takes great care and I believe goes beyond her job to ensure that her patients are cared for. We love all the nurses there. They are super sweet and kind every time we are there. They also joke around with my kids which means a lot to them. Dr. Myers has been seeing all three of my children since they were newborns. She is very proactive and takes her time to listen to your concerns. I like the fact that she speaks directly to my children and allows them to speak to her with their concerns as well. She is very honest and open and incredibly relatable. My children and I absolutely love her!
