Food sucks and if you need your pain meds always late only Jim . Lawrence and Amy are on the ball.why did they send me here to be ignored the therapist are great most of the cnas are alright the nurses have a good complex

Most of the staff is great. The best part of Highland Manor was their Occupational Therapist, Charles Jordan. He was the Soul of the place. They let him go unjustly and now Residents that can leave are. The food is not good and many complain about it. If you have someone in this facility you need to make sure they are taken care of. I have had many issues that I ask to be addressed. Corporate runs the Manor and they are all about the bottom line. It’s really too bad because moral used to be great here. I’m looking for another location for my Mom because since Charles has left she has gone down hill. It’s very sad.

They don’t have enough help for the patients They have only two CNAs per hall who have to care of 25 patients And they don’t treat the CNAs well And the kitchen help is not good because the CNAs have to take orders for them on top of taking care of the patients

If your loved one is admitted to Highland Manor as a self pay. Watch your loved one's bank account very carefully. Even though the facility is well aware of patients taking advantage of other patients monetarily, the facility still allows it to continue.

The Management needs to provide genuine responses rather than a generic one that is repeated over and over again. It definitely makes it difficult when deciding whether or not progress will be made at this facility.
