Highland Manor

I can’t begin to say enough about highland manor! My mom was there for over 4 years and we could not have asked for a more loving caring staff! Mom got the best care possible from loving nurses ,aides,PA,&doctors, & administrators.From the administration staff to therapy to activities to kitchen,laundry,maintenance . Front desk girls were always helpful and understanding. Pam,Dale,Barb & Leo were always helpful and patient and understanding. It’s hard to name everyone and I’m sure I’ve missed some names so I’ll just say Sue and her girls and guys were the most loving understanding staff I have ever met. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of mom.She loved all of you and you made her feel so loved and cared for. Anyone thinking about considering Highland Manor,do

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the nursing and administrative staff at Highland Manor on behalf of myself and my Aunt Judy. When Judy was brought here, she was in pretty poor shape, but after a few weeks of excellent nursing care, she grew strong enough to be able to go home (something we were initially uncertain of). And the administrative staff was very helpful and informative when it came time to put "at home" support in place. Thank you all for what you do!

My mother went in to try to get stronger to come home, but unfortunately she ended up passing in the facility due to her end stage illness. This facility and their staff were kind, knowledgeable and caring for my mother like she was their family. Our family had nothing but an amazing experience in such a time of grief. She was comfortable and cared for well. The communication from the team and our family was consistent and honest. I will recommend this facility to anyone who needs their family cared for. We can't thank them enough for the care they gave.

Very unprofessional place. I've been calling for months to do the CNA program, filled out the application, even went in to ask questions. I was told someone would contact me and never did, everytime I call, someone answers the phone and dismisses me or tells me to call again. This is why the nursing community is such a disaster and understaffed.

I just wanted to take the time to share some thoughts on Highland Manor, the entity, the staff and the pay attention to details is incredible. It is not a cookie cutter place, everything is designed to your personal needs, I felt comfortable and confident that my loved one was in good hands and I do appreciate them with the highest regard! Thank you Highland Manor Staff you made my loved ones stay a comfortable and easy one!
