Highland Family Dentistry

My hygienist and dentist go above and beyond and always have notes on what I prefer so I don’t even have to worry about what is going in my mouth/body anymore. They are respectful of my decisions as a patient and I highly appreciate them for listening and not judging what I believe to be best for my health.

I went for a cleaning at a different practice and found out I needed a filling replaced and capped. I also found out they went out of network. Highland family Dintistry is in network and was recommended by two of my daughter's so I called and they were able to get me in within a couple of days and started the work the first day, this was at the end of November and I am scheduled to get it finished in mid December at in network price.The staff is very professional , and Dr Miller did a great job . I would definitely recommend them.

Did not have a good experience here. My son had an emergency appt for a broken molar. They informed me he would need an endodontist referral, and then a crown. Crowns are not covered by my insurance for kids, so they told me it would be around $1200 but there’s a chance it wouldn’t stay and he would end up losing the whole tooth and possibly some gum tissue. Or he could have the tooth extracted by an oral surgeon. They also only looked at the one tooth meaning only took X-rays of that tooth and nothing else. They kept telling me it’s always best to the save the tooth, even the front desk staff was telling me to save the tooth and gave me financial information for care credit and another one that was a QR code with no other information on it. I got a second opinion from a pediatric dentist

My experience with Highland Family Dental was absolutely the BEST dental adventure of my life. Every member of the staff was a consummate professional. I was treated with care and concern each step of the way by this health care team. Each point of contact was welcoming, professional and helpful, starting with the administrator who answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment, all the way through to the moment I walked out the door at the end of the visit. Very efficient and thorough service. They are always on time and have you moving through the process smoothly. Dentist visits are not my favorite thing and I have bounced around in the past but here to stay. I great appreciate efficient and thorough service and they have it mastered!
