I came to Dr. Ralph barely able to move my neck and severe nerve pain down my arm. He was gentle on the first visit, as I was in so much pain and gradually adjusted over the next few visits. I am not at full range of motion and have no pain. I am now making sure to not let it get that bad and with Highlands very reasonable rates (my insurance stinks) they are available for anyone without breaking the bank.

I have been in the care of HFC for almost 5 months and I feel better than I have in years. I was having serious side effects from my "desk job lifestyle" and was in pain almost constantly. After the first couple adjustments I could feel results and I am well on my way to establishing a much healthier lifestyle. I have even seen improvements in my health I wasn't expecting; I'm amazed what a difference this care makes in regard to my overall well being. The entire staff knows my name and offers support and encouragement; it's a Customer Service dream come true. Every appointment feels as welcoming as visiting close friends; the personal care we wish all health care providers would offer! In closing, I recommend this practice without hesitation.
