Highland Court Memory Care

My mother was moved to Highland Court Memory care right at the beginning of covid. We were able to have a few good visits with her before lockdown started- the facility is very clean & well kept. There is absolutely no smell like you find in many care homes. It’s light & airy, with a beautiful courtyard in back. After lockdown began, we would call frequently for updates on her. The Med techs would take all the time we needed to answer questions & assure us of her well being. The staff genuinely loved her, & she was never treated as just another patient. They often sent pictures of her at various activities & dubbed her the queen of bingo as she so often won. My mom needed immediate entry into a facility after a sudden stroke - the team at HCMC was amazing… Donna Rae, Denise, Ashley and Helen, you helped me get Bobbie “Buff” situated so quickly and comfortably. Thank you for all you did and continue to do for her!! I’m in SoCal so it’s good to know we can rely on you for all your help and services!! ❤️

If the time comes, I would happily place my family member at Highland Court. The building is clean, comfortable and inviting. The staff are sweethearts and do so wonderful with the residents. The food is fantastic. And the many outdoor areas make it such a great place for the elderly who are in a tough spot of aging. Thank you Highland Court for all that you do for our community.

My dad received very good care at Highland Court Memory Care. The entire staff is compassionate, patient, and loving toward all the residents. Dad and I felt part of a family there. I was confident that he was safe and comfortable during this final stage of his life.

I heard the maintenance guy being very short with the patients I worry about him around vulnerable people .
