Ivy Phillips Bodywork and Healing

I saw Ivy for help releasing the fascia around my organs. My liver had been hurting for several months and Ivy was able to get it to release. It’s been a few days now since that appointment and the pain hasn’t returned. I intend to continue with Ivy for awhile to continue the healing process and make sure I don’t regress. I found Ivy easy to talk to and her approach felt natural and balanced. Trusting her was easy. I highly recommend her.

Ivy is incredible! I have never experienced anything like the work she does. She has a unique skill set. I saw her for a few months to address pain in my shoulders, back, hips and feet. My pain is getting much better. Ivy didnt't just try to ease the pain. She got to the root of my problems. I was carrying my body incorrectly which was creating pain. She taught me how to walk and carry my body correctly. She also taught me stretches and recommended a type of shoes to wear to ease my foot pain. Because of my work with Ivy, I am way more tuned into my body and what causes it pain. I also know how to comfort my body when it needs it. I have never received such thorough care for my pain. Ivy is very personable, knowledgeable and intuitive. I highly recommend her and her services.

Ivy provided me with such an amazing session, I'm still feeling relief days later. I really appreciated her communication throughout the session as well as her beautiful studio that makes you feel right at home. She is so attentive and I loved her incorporation of stretching, craniosacral work and massage in the session. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to receive incredible, thoughtful bodywork.

I first met Ivy immediately upon moving to Sequim from the Tacoma area. I was sad to be leaving my team of amazing providers in the 253. But meeting Ivy I immediately knew she was able, open and willing to meet me wherever my mind, body and soul needed it for that moment. My first session with her we did a traditional massage and some deep awakening through breath. My second service we did more active movements together to find the “gunk” energy needing some release, and by the third I was bawling in her arms. This woman has a healing skill and ability about her that is as beautifully unique as she is. Highly recommended!!
