HighER Level Urgent Care

I recently did the IV Nutrition Reboot at Higher Level Urgent Care, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out immediately was how clean, calm, and peaceful the entire environment felt. Even though this is an urgent care setting, the treatment felt unhurried and thoughtfully managed. I was settled into a fully reclining massage chair, and it was so comfortable I nearly fell asleep during the IV. The providers clearly bring strong medical expertise to what they do, everything was explained clearly, I felt well-monitored throughout, and there was a real sense of confidence and professionalism behind the care. That combination of clinical competence and patient comfort is rare. I also appreciated that the pricing was more reasonable than other IV options in the area,

I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Taken back quickly. Everything flowed nicely. Dr Taraska was wonderful and made me feel at ease. If you need an Urgent Care, please don’t hesitate being seen by this very professional and knowledgeable staff.

I came here to get stitches after getting a nasty cut from a piece of sheet metal. There was almost no wait - they got me right in. Office staff was wonderful, nurses were helpful & personable, and the Doctor did very good work. I received four stitches. About a week later I went back to get the stitches removed. Other staff helped me at that time and were just as pleasant and helpful! A few weeks after that there was a slight problem with my insurance, but when I stopped in, they quickly resolved my issue. I was actually able to leave paying less than what my insurance had told me! I definitely recommend this urgent care and will bring my family here if needed in the future.

Being new to the area and I called around and was referred to this place. Scheduled an appointment for Physical for my daughter so she can attend school and let me tell you. The staff was very professional, and Dr. Taraska was superb, his bed side manner made us so comfortable. It felt like we have known his for a long time. I higher recommend this place to everyone.

Hands down the best urgent care around!! Never had better care. Can never express how thankful I was to be seen here!! I was seen right away, listened to, and treated with such kindness. The doctor listened to me better so than any er doctor and did as much as he could for me in my condition.
