Highbridge Pharmacy

Had to pickup a medicine last minute due to my insurance mot covering the initial prescription, went to this pharmacy because it was nearby. The pharmacist gave me my medication in ten minutes, without any fuss and only needing my insurance card. Very fast, no issues, and I got a full sized Kitkat bar as well.

I had a fantastic experience at Highbrige pharmacy. The store layout was clear and easy to navigate, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed with a friendly attitude. I'll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this pharmacy. I went here to get a refill on my medication and usually pay a copay. The pharmacist told me the medication that was covered by my insurance previously didn't cover the whole amount. According to him he lost $50 and added it to the cost of my copay. I called my insurance and they said they didn't know where he got the info from and my copay remained the same. I returned to pharmacy with insurance company on the phone and they wanted to talk to pharmacist and he refused. He stated that he wasn't getting paid by insurance for the cost of his medication and he was losing so charged me for it. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS PHARMACY!!!!

Never been to a worse pharmacy. Thoughh it is clean and well stocked, customer service is poor. No one ever answers the phone, ever. My doctor, insurance, and other pharmacies have called to discuss my meds and couldn’t get through. Other pharmacists dispense meds my insurance will pay for. This guy expected me to go back to my doctor and get the exact name of the meds. Never had that happen. The pharmacist seems afraid to talk to customers, and refused to make calls on my behalf to get the correct medicines. Went there today and they didn’t open on time. I thought no one was there. There were inside hiding from customers. I will never go back. Go to the other pharmacy across the street. I would’ve been easier to make my medicines in my basement.

Always stocked up with new items , neat place on busy street and extremely helpful pharmacist and staff.
