High Touch Pharmacy

High Touch Pharmacy lives up to the name—excellent high-touch care in Elizabeth! The staff is friendly, efficient, and really takes time to explain meds or answer questions without rushing. Same-day delivery is super convenient (quick and reliable), and they handled my vaccinations smoothly. Clean, well-kept store and great for chronic condition management. Only reason not 5 stars is it can get busy during peak hours with short waits, but the personal attention and service make it stand out from chains. 4 stars—highly recommend!

TL;DR: This is not the High Touch you remember—since new ownership took over a few months ago, it has taken a turn for the worst and now they just seem to give people the runaround. … If you’re looking for overpriced cough drops and condos, this still might be the place for you, but it’s not necessarily the place to go for a pharmacy licensed to dispense whichever medications you need or to even get decent quality communication and service. This was once one of the better pharmacies in the area. That hasn’t been the case since ownership changed hands a few months ago. My understanding is that the previous owner/pharmacist even had to delay his departure because the new management didn’t get a licensed pharmacist in time. High Touch Pharmacy is truly a gem. Every time I call, the staff is kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They’re always fully stocked, and their delivery service is fast and reliable. I’m genuinely happy with their service and grateful to have found them.

I was hoping for a more personal experience here but ran into problems like you see at the big pharms. I never got any updates on my prescriptions, and they didn't even tell me twice when they were out of my medicine, which messed with my treatment. I'm hoping the new management will do better for future customers.

I went there to pick up a prescription for my wife and the place looks very clean and the staff is very friendly and cheerful great help I definitely recommend that pharmacy to all my friends and family.
