High Lakes Health Care

Dr. Henderson at High Lakes Health Care has been a wonderful primary care physician. It is apparent that she cares and wants what is best for her patients. Whenever I leave an appointment I feel inspired and that my health matters. The front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable. My check in and out experience was effortless. The clinic is clean and welcoming.

Well, it seems people only like to share bad experiences of this place. I'll turn all of those around by saying that I've had an excellent experience at this facility. I booked my primary care intro appointment back in Nov. It's a long wait, but I'd be surprised for new patients to say they found less of a wait elsewhere. They needed to reschedule my appointment for things beyond their control and we were both able to accommodate within a week of the set appointment. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment to a friendly face at the counter. I was called back within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The assistant gathered generic background information, reason for being seen, and vitals. She told me the doctor would be right with me. I anticipated waiting up to 25 minutes to see

I always receive wonderful care at High Lakes! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Check-in is easy and everything is organized and efficient. Dr. Speed and his staff are always very thorough, take the time to answer my questions, and genuinely care about my health and well-being. I couldn't be in better hands!

Very accommodating, despite me having to show up a little late to my appointment. The team has always been professional and communicative. Dr Henderson is a great primary as well!

I highly recommend Dr Blackmon. He has a real Southern Hospitality to his bedside manner in addition to really knowing what he is talking about. I felt confident in our decisions for my healthcare. The entire staff was also excellent, professional and kind. The facility was clean, quiet and nicely located. Just a good experience, the kind you hope for when you have to go get care.
