High Field Open MRI Inc

Wow wow wow! I’m claustrophobic and unfortunately, I found out the hard way at another facility. The High Field Open MRI was so kind and understanding. From the moment I walked in, I felt extremely comfortable. The staff were very warm and accommodating. I was definitely nervous, but they provided so many options for me that by the end of it, I didn’t even feel like I had an MRI. I could not be more grateful to them for a relaxing, professional, and efficient procedure. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Bonus points for cleanliness and smell!

I've been going here for years and they are great. Quick to answer the phone, quick appointment scheduling, on time with appointments and very reasonably priced compared to other facilities. My neuro oncologist says their imaging is excellent. Very friendly staff that makes you feel like family!

This place was truly wonderful. I am extremely claustrophobic, and the office manager and MRI technician made all the difference. They were kind, patient, and truly empathetic about how I was feeling. I was in tears, and they met me with complete understanding and compassion. I have had MRIs at other facilities where the staff did not seem to care how deeply claustrophobia can affect a person, but that was not the case here at all. I am genuinely grateful for the care I received, and if I ever need another MRI, I will absolutely return here. The Open MRI was especially helpful because I could see the ladies throughout the process and did not feel alone. They also provided special glasses that allowed me to see outside the MRI machine, which was amazing and made such a difference for me.

Lovely and caring people. Great customer service. A blessing in theis day and age. It’s been such a long time since many people did their jobs with loving kindness. From the moment i called for an appointment, Naomi was very willing to accommodate and get me in today if that’s what i wanted. Sam made sure i was comfortable in the mri machine and answered all my dumb questions and never made me feel like i was bothering her. They have open and closed mri and they truly do their best. Thanks so much for the gift if kindness!

I’m have anxiety bad and I tell you as soon as I opened the door I felt very peaceful from the greeting from the wonderful lady at the front and the tech that did my MRI was absolutely wonderful made me feel at ease the whole time and only cared about my comfort. THIS PLACE CARES AND ROCKS Love you guys
