High Desert Hearing Center

The audiologist I saw was extremely thorough and helpful! I got my hearing aids from High Desert almost a year ago and was seeing another lady who had me so frustrated that I stopped using them. The young audiologist I ended up going to was straight forward and made it so I can use them again and they are great!

High Desert Hearing Center is very beautiful. They know what they are doing. Straight to the problem. Once the Physician understands what was going on with your hearing the doctor would spend time with you. Not a little bit of time, but as much time as to make you understand what is going on with your hearing. Then the doctor would explain what could be done to make your hearing better. Then they would set up a time for you to come back. High Desert Hearing Center is a very beautiful place because they get It done.

I was very impressed. Chelsey Hensley spent an impressive amount of time with me; discussed my hearing challenges and ultimately recommended advanced care in Denver. She clearly did not go for the "easy" answers; rather, she was very willing to dig deeper and help me find a solution to my hearing problems. Wow.

The office is very inviting and pleasant. Upon arriving, I was greeted promptly. My hearing test was conducted in a very quiet room by two people. They were pleasant and kind and very efficient. The testing was done and my questions were answered during the test.

Chelsie is very professional but warm and personable. Her staff is efficient . They take time to listen to you and explain things well. I highly recommend High Desert Hearing.
