Recently got dentures here. Paid a bunch of money for them and they are almost worthless. Can’t eat with them, can’t talk with them. When I asked the dentist why they were so loose, he walked out of the room disgustedly. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I will have to find another dentist now to see if they can be modified or replaced. I would love to know which lab made these. Once they have your money, they cannot be bothered with things like usability.
I have a documented disability that includes severe sensory sensitivities/noise intolerance, which makes loud or ongoing background music physically painful and impossible to tolerate during dental procedures. Before my appointment, I clearly explained this and requested the office music be turned off or that I be accommodated in a quiet area/room. The staff and dentist refused, stating that other patients "need the music to calm themselves" and that turning it off wasn't possible. They suggested I use headphones, but that doesn't block the music effectively, and it doesn't address the core issue. This is a failure to provide reasonable accommodation under disability laws (like the ADA for public accommodations). If one group of patients "needs" music to stay calm, why isn't the same consi
Had 4 teeth pulled and Dr. Hanson was amazing he made sure I was comfortable and well numb enough that I didnt feel a thing thank you!
When no other dental provider would help me, Parkway Dental stepped up to the plate. This was hands down my best dental experience. The staff go above and beyond their call of duty. I have always felt valued and i have consistently been treated with respect and dignity.
I waited all these years to see if it got better but these folks permanently messed up my smile and changed my face structure from doing a terrible job. I had Medicaid at the time and wanted to utilize it. It was the worst decision I've ever made regarding medical. I used to have a pretty smile high cheekbones due to the undersized teeth and the misalignment. I can no longer chew my food without biting my cheeks. I cannot smile without looking like I have a mental condition. I live in Florida now so I'm unable to go back and not even sure I would want to. I would avoid this dentist at all costs
