Higgins Family Dentistry

Several years ago my wife and I had our silver fillings removed and replaced by the white filling. We were new to Dr. Higgins. He did not put near enough filling in our teeth and several of them broke off. We then had to get crowns.Thanks alot for the terrible job of filling our teeth.

Very rude, doesn’t really know what their talking about, and wants to treat people with disrespect and talk over others when their trying to explain something. I came to this office for my wisdom teeth. I told them what kind of insurance I had. They said that they took it and then When going in and checking out, they told me that they didn’t take it then wanted to put me under my mom’s insurance when I’m not under hers. Furthermore, they billed me I went trying to call back to get further details. They just argued with me and wouldn’t let me talk. I wouldn’t suggest going here unless you like being treated terribly, And receptionists that don’t know what they’re talking about.

Some time ago, I enlisted the services of Higgins Dentistry to fashion a lower Denture. The device required the use of two Installed implant posts. I made weekly visits to their office, while providing the funds he required. To make a long story short, the finished product was an absolute disaster. He could not fit the device properly so I could chew. Giving up, He said "there was nothing else he could do." After months of work and some $3,000 dollars I was left with a useless piece of plastic. I was devastated, to say the least. I returned to his office on November 18th last year, with an offer to redo the denture again at my cost. He said he would. I have waited patiently to hear from he. Doctor Higgins has a wonderful staff very friendly and go that extra mile to see that you are happy with everything that they have done and are going to do to your teeth. Doctor Higgins himself I like everything he does and is going to do ,he explains it so I can understand it and does the most pain less procedures . You guys don't need to change a thing.
