My wife has been a client of Ed Costello for far too many years. They cannot get meds sent in on time, and each month it's a battle just to get the exact same prescriptions filled. He continuously does the same he's always done when treating her, even though those treatments prove to be ineffective. Each time I've been with her to see him, she's had to correct him on which meds she takes bc he can't seem to keep it right, even though he's got a tablet in his hand. Their office staff is slow, sometimes rude and absolutely the worst about returning important calls. My dog's veterinarian is more efficient and effective that this clinic. They've taken on too many patients and not enough providers bc they are more worried about making $ than providing quality care. Thankfully, I've managed to t

Made an appointment early in the morning because I have been experiencing severe pain on my right side. Apparently my appointment was canceled without me being aware because when I showed up and checked in I was informed that the practitioner I had appointment with had something come up and had to leave. Ok at at this point I'm mildly irritated but told go on next door to urgent care and they will take care of you. I'm still at a loss as to why as medical professionals they would allow this to happen. I mean never notify me that they were canceling my appointment. I'm at a point I feel like they are just wasting people's time and money. Probably won't be long before they are forced to close due to all of their negligence.

I’ve been coming to this doctor’s office my whole life, since I was a baby! Everyone here is amazing. They’ve always treated me with so much care and kindness, and you can tell they truly love what they do. I’ve known most of the staff for years, and it honestly feels like visiting family every time I go in. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor or team!

I absolutely love going to this clinic!!! The front desk ladies are always so welcoming and accommodating. The nurses are kind and help in any way! We love Karen at the check in desk. She’s amazing and always answers all of our questions.

Don’t go here if it’s a real emergency. I had a bee stings which caused an allergic reaction. Tongue and throat swelling. I could barely talk and the receptionist didn’t tell them in the back. She was slowly typing in my info. When they got me back the nurse and nurse practitioner realized the severity of my condition and had to hunt down a epernephrin shot to help me then told me to I needed to go to the emergency room. I could have died. I will never go to an urgent care again and this was my first time. The hospital er was great! Very speedy and helpful.
