I would like to say the staff and nurses and cna every single person that I met while my mother in law was in encore where all truly professional and genuine the staff cared for mother in law treated her with true kindness and made her feel truly at peace and comfort will always remember these people and have be grateful for their love and kindness for my mother in law

I cannot say enough good things about Encore!! The care and love the entire staff showed my mother during her stay there was extraordinary. They were always so kind and loving toward my mother and were great at keeping me updated and in touch with her during this pandemic. My sister and I are so grateful and appreciative of the wonderful care she received at Encore!!

I've had my Mom at Encore since Jan. 2, 2020. Within two weeks everyone knew Mom's name and mine. They would update me about how she's doing. Since Covid shut down all nursing homes they let us do zoom calls with our loved ones and I can call all her caregivers and get updates on how she is doing. I appreciate the measures they have taken to ensure the safety of all the patients. I'm extremely happy, Mom's extremely happy and having her taken care of properly is the best feeling of all! Encore was not the first nursing home we tried. Encore was the one that was suggested but they didn't have any availability fora dementia patient at that time. The other nursing home was a nightmare. Encore is definitely the best solution for my Mom. If you have a choice choose Encore!

I have read some good and some not so good reviews about this facility. I can state unequivocally that this place is first class from top to bottom! My dad has been in this facility for almost 3 weeks, and the quality of patient care has exceeded every expectation. From the administrators to the entire support staff, including cleaning personnel, I have witnessed nothing but exceedingly high levels of courtesy, attentiveness and professionalism! Every member is to be commended for their dedicated and caring approach to serving the patients at this facility!!!

Thank all of your staff for the Thanksgiving festivities last Friday. My mother, my son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal was fantastic. It brought joy to everyone. Thanks most of all for taking such great care of our seniors. Your care, love and passion really is unmatched.
