Horrible experience. Take your business to an establishment who provides accurate results and cares about their customers. I went in for an eye exam end of 2024. Was provided with a script that i quickly noticed was not right and did not make things any better. I even inquired at the appointment that it seemed odd that the results didn't seem to reflect the severity of my problems seeing. I reached out within weeks when it was obvious things weren't better and they would not re-test unless i purchased another exam. Took me a while but got an exam at a highly reviewed establishment only to find out the prescription i had previously received here was not even close. Called to see if they would remedy the inaccuracy and was told "all sales are final."

Dr Doan is the best, she has great equipment and is very educated and kind.

Dr Doan surprised me. I didn't think an optometrist could do such a good job as to make me miss them when they weren't around. I got an exam with her a couple years ago when she was at Eyecrafters. It was after getting a shoddy rushed job with someone else. She was super thorough and made me feel she really cared if she got it right for me. I was totally impressed. I was saddened to see she wasn't there wjhen I went back. By accident we found her again at the Costco eye center. She did a great job for my wife and I will certainly be sticking with her for my future exams. I highly recommend her.

Everyone that I dealt with during my appointment were extremely professional and friendly. Thanks to all Hieu Doan was very thorough in her exam and explanations. All in all a Non stressful experience. Highly recommend
