For the past 15 years I’ve used Costco/Kroger as my pharmacies. I recently had a horrible experience trying to get antibodic for my daughter and was referred to Hidenwood Pharmacy. WHY haven’t I been using them this whole time! This pharmacy is so great! They are personable, actually answer the phone and have your prescription ready promptly. Plus, you’re supporting a local small business by using them. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I am SO lucky to have found a pharmacy where you are treated with so much respect! My very first time using them, you would’ve thought they had known me for years. They take time to explain certain medications or if your Dr has changed your dosage, what to be “aware” of. I love every one who works there as they all are so amazing but Ms. Sadie(sorry if I misspelled it) is truly a heaven sent! Thank you all for making me feel like family! ❤️❤️

My go-to pharmacy for unusual items; they have located medications for my pets that the large corporate chains won't manage to locate. They understand pets use many human medications but not necessarily the same way, and the prices are always fair. I also purchase many greeting cards and unusual gifts here - it is a neighborhood treasure.

I have been a customer here for many years, and could not ask for better care, service, friendliness, and of course expertise. My first encounters occurred when I was a practicing RN working in hospice home care. Ann and staff were excellent when my patients needed medications. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and support!

I am overwhelmed with trying to find a certain manufacturer of medicine that I must take for narcolepsy. When I asked the pharmacist what manufacturers do they carry of this particular rx, (the question wasn't even answered) I was promptly asked if I was a current patient, I said no not yet, she then said that they were not taking new patients for this medicine. WOW, I thought I had called a pharmacy, not a doctor's office. Again, I'm left out in the cold still searching. I think what would have been a better choice of words, would have been to ask what diagnosis might I be needing this medicine for, because I'm sure she automatically assumed it was for something else... And not narcolepsy. Just saying... As a retailer, you should never assume!! The bad thing is that she sounded nice... I
