Maribel Veitia was amazing in the ER. She was super caring, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She made sure I was comfortable, kept me informed about everything going on, and treated me with kindness and respect the whole time. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the condition of this hospital. While some of the staff have been kind—especially the nurses—the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility are very concerning. Many things appear outdated, rusted, broken, or poorly maintained, which gives a very bad impression for a healthcare environment. Cleanliness and proper upkeep should be a priority in any hospital. My interaction with the doctor was also disappointing. The doctor came in with two students, asked only a few questions, and then quickly left without much discussion or explanation. It felt rushed and impersonal. I truly hope the Joint Commission evaluates this hospital because the current conditions do not reflect what patients should experience when seeking medical care. I had my brother rushed by paramedics to this hospital, he was intubated and taken to ICU unfortunately he passed away after 11 days because he had a very serious deceased, but I have to comment that the attention that he received was second to none, every single nurse that was on shift for those 11 days were amazing, the way we were treated was unbelievable, the doctors were there everyday they took the time to talk to us and answer every question we had, in this field doctors and nurses tend to forget how to be human but in this hospital they are more than human they have a heart. Congratulations to the upper management because what you have done in this hospital is unheard off.

My mother recently spent three days at the hospital in room 232A, and her experience was excellent. The doctors and staff were professional, attentive, and thorough, ensuring she received the best possible care. The hospital was clean and well maintained, which gave our family peace of mind. I would especially like to recognize Nurse Rosemary, who showed outstanding dedication. She cared for my mother with great attention, even during the night shift, and her compassion made a meaningful difference in her recovery.
