The doctor is very serious, but with me doesn’t finish her management. She promised talk to my gastroenterologist to ask him recommendations about what anesthesia and antibiotic to use for me, but didn’t talk to him as she promised. For that question, lapsed one month and nothing happens. They call me to go there today Friday, and the recepcionist asked for the clearance of the GE. I have been feeling pain during this time, and nothing called me. Today I decided to chose another dental office, and I communicated verbally to them. The pending tasks are a deep cleaning and to put a crown in a teeth. I remembered the lack of respect of the clinicas of Cuba.

Dr. Vazquez and the Team was Amazing. Beautiful office and super clean. Great experience.

I just called this office because I have pain on my bicuspid. I told him that I only need an Limited exam for the tooth that is causing the problem. My insurance covers 2 Limited Exame D0140s per year, including 1 PA D0230. Listen speaking from behind say sir you what you need is a Full Exam. Please if I have a pain. Take care of my pain. Then they make an appointment for me for the general evaluation. They refused to serve me . Very unprofessional customer service. Lack of understanding with the patient. Nota :I don't want your excuses please. I informed myself before and I have knowledge and base of what I am talking about. They refused to attend me, I just wanted a Limited Exam for the discomfort I have in my premolar number 12.

Everyone in the office was friendly. My treatment plan was discount, as I had a treatment plan done in El Doral for more than double the amount
